A quick FAQ on how my delivery works!
Items sent from Python Charms HQ
When will my order be dispatched?
Within six days at the longest! I work shifts and so I can't guarantee that items will be shipped the following Saturday. However, I generally do have days off, or start times, that allow me to send orders out generally within six days of any order.
If this changes I will contact you personally.
How much is packaging and delivery from Python Charms HQ?
There are two factors to think about- where are you sending it and how much did you spend?

Small shipping rate is up to 0.18kg, typically a roll of washi tape, two single stich markers, or about three badges. After that point the standard and then free shipping rates apply.
For example: If are sending it to Ireland and spend 17.50EUR then the shipping rate will be applied. If you spend 18.00EUR then you you would have free shipping.
What service will my order be sent with?
Rates above are for Standard post via An Post. If you would prefer a different service this can be calculated on your order
The time frame in which you can expect a standard delivery under normal non COVID-19 circumstances:
- Ireland, 3-7 working days
- Europe (including UK), 3-7 working days
- Americas, 7-14 working days
- Rest of the World, 7-14 working days
How will my order be packaged?
When you receive an order placed directly with me it'll arrive in a recycled plastic mailer to keep it nice and dry. If you ordered multiple markers they'll be inside a presentation box:
If you order a single marker, or receive markers from a dyer, designers, or LYS, they'll arrive in a tiny envelope like this:
Lastly if you manage to grab one of my resin shawl pins, they'll come boxed up a little bit like this:
Items Printed on Demand
As Python Charms HQ is too small to house everything, and for environmental reasons, I've chosen to have some items printed on demand. These will be clearly noted as such in the product description.
How much is postage?
As they're being printed in the US it is cheaper there:

Notion pouches would fall into the small, if you order two it would be standard, and three large.
When will it be sent and how long will it take?
All the items should be printed and despatched in 0-6 business days but it can take up to 10 during busy periods.
The shipping times are as per UPS:
- USA: 12 business days from despatch
- Canada: 21 business days for despatch
- Rest of the World: 30 business days from despatch
COVID-19 Postal Updates
At the moment COVID-19 and it's affect in Ireland are changing infrequently, which has impacted when and how much I can post to certain locations. This update is from 2nd of January. Currently all the locations I can send to are in the below list, and there are some delays and restrictions in place. Please review this before placing your order.
